Who do you serve?
At Jazzy, we believe every gathering deserves to feel special — from cozy date nights to large celebrations. But we especially love helping corporate clients elevate their meetings, team lunches, client appreciation events, and office celebrations with beautiful, memorable spreads.
We proudly serve individuals, families, small groups, weddings, and, of course, businesses and corporate events of all sizes.
We currently service the Greater Houston area and surrounding communities. If you're nearby and wondering if we can deliver to you, just ask — we’re happy to work with you to make your event stand out.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. While we do not offer refunds for canceled orders, we are happy to reschedule your order to a new date and time that works for you.
Why don’t you offer refunds?
Each order is custom-made using fresh, high-quality ingredients that are sourced specifically for your event. Because of this personalized preparation and the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds once an order is confirmed.
Can I change the date or time of my order?
Absolutely! Please contact us at least 72 hours in advance, and we’ll gladly work with you to find a new date and time.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order at least 7–10 days in advance to secure your preferred date, especially during busy seasons or weekends.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or special requests?
Yes! We are happy to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or other dietary needs whenever possible. Please include any requests when placing your order, or reach out to us directly to discuss.
Do you deliver?
Yes, at this time the only option we offer is delivery.
Can I pick up my order instead?
No, at this time the only option we offer is delivery.
What sizes or options do you offer?
We offer a variety of box sizes and grazing table setups designed to serve anywhere from 2 people to large gatherings.
How should I store my charcuterie box or grazing table items before serving?
We recommend keeping all items refrigerated until about 30 minutes before serving to ensure freshness and the best presentation.
Where are your charcuterie boxes prepared?
Our charcuterie boxes are lovingly prepared in a home kitchen that follows strict sanitation practices, but it is not subject to inspection by state or local health authorities.
Do you provide setup for grazing tables?
Yes! We offer full setup services for our grazing tables, including styling and arrangement on-site. A consultation call is required to finalize all details.
